Acceptable documents typically include a valid national identity card, passport or driving licence (for identity), and a recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification). Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

In the event of a manifest error — including obvious mispricing of odds, incorrect market parameters or system errors — six6i reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the stake to the User's Account. The Company's determination of a manifest error is final and binding.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event postponement or cancellation without rescheduling within the applicable timeframe; insufficient information to settle a market; or confirmed match irregularities as determined by the relevant governing body. Voided bets are returned to the User's Account at the staked amount.
Cricket betting markets, including those for PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral ODI and Test series, are subject to the governing body's official results and match decisions. Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) revised targets and match awards are accepted as official results. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent exclusion:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse engineered, scraped or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of six6i.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6i's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
